How do I define my organization's affidavit settings?

Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The Settings menu appears. Click "My Organization."


The Organization Settings page will appear. Click Affidavits on the left side of the screen.

Click on the template name to see a preview of how your affidavit template currently looks:

If you need to update the signer's information, click on Global Settings:

Enter information about the person at your paper in charge of signing affidavits. Ensure all required fields are filled out, as Column cannot create digital affidavits without them.

When you click "Save," you have two options:

  1. Apply your changes to all notices that don't have affidavits uploaded yet

  2. Apply your changes to only future notices (including those that don't have invoices created yet)
