How can I change my account email and password?

How to change your email:

An email address can be updated to another email that does not yet exist as a login on Column. If both emails already exist as accounts, please contact Support (help@column.us) with your current and updated email addresses to process this change.

1. Log into Column. Then, navigate to the gear icon (top right of your screen) and select 'My Account' from the dropdown.

2. Select 'Change Email'. You will be prompted to enter your current password to ensure security.

3. Enter your new email address. Column will check to make sure this email is not already connected to an existing user. Please reach out to help@column.us if the email is already connected to an existing Column account.

4. An automated email will be sent to the email address you just entered. This email link is valid for 2 hours.

5. In your inbox, click on the email link and enter your new email address and current password. Your old email address will no longer be able to be used to sign in.

How to change your password:

If you have entered your password incorrectly while attempting to log in, you can click 'Forgot Password' to send a reset password email to your email address. Follow the link in the email to create a new password for your account. This link is active for one hour. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please also check your spam and junk folders for the email.

If you are already logged into Column, you can reset your password in My Account settings by clicking "Change Password" in the User Info tab.

Why am I not receiving the password reset email?

Your organization might be set up to filter unknown email communication. This can sometimes cause Column emails to be erroneously filtered out as a digital safety precaution. This can cause emails to be redirected to Spam or blocked altogether. Please ask your organization's IT staff to add help@column.us to your list of Safe Senders.
