If you can't find an answer to your question here in our help center, the Column Support team is happy to assist with any questions that arise while using our platform.

If you would like to email the Support team, please send an email to help@column.us or reach out via the chat icon located in the lower left-hand corner of your page.

Our Support team is available via email Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.

Live Support Chat is available Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Our hours may be reduced depending on volume and staff availability. If the chat icon isn't visible, it's because we're offline, but you can still email us at any time!

While we don't have a live person answering calls, if you leave a detailed voicemail at (202) 713-5613, we'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within one business day. Please include a detailed message, including your e-mail address and the newspaper you are with. For faster service, please utilize our chat or email function.
