Managing Customer Lists

The Customers section of My Organization settings lists all customers and organizations that have placed notices in your newspaper or whose notices you have uploaded into the system.

Customers appear in the Customers table after you have confirmed the customer's first notice placed in your newspaper. If you manage multiple newspapers, customer lists are distinct across newspapers in your organization.

In the Customers table, you can also see organizations that have placed notices with your paper. Like individual customers, organizations appear only once you've confirmed notices from the organization. 

You can search for customers and customer organizations by name. You can also download a list of customers by clicking "Download All." This saves a spreadsheet of all customers to your computer, making it easy to send mass email lists to all your public notice customers and export data to other systems.

You can change a customer's information and settings by clicking on their name in the Customers table. How can I change my customers' information and settings?

Managing and collecting invoices

To view all invoices for a customer, you can head over to the Invoices page. Here, you can see all invoices for a customer and use the Invoice Type filter to filter on legacy bulk invoices.

By default, you will automatically see all invoices for customers and customer organizations who have placed notices with them.

Clicking the download will bulk download invoices based on the current search results.
