I'm not receiving email notifications from Column
If you're not receiving expected email notifications from Column, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
1) First, check your email notifications settings in Column.
After you login to Column, go to the Settings Gear > My Account > Notifications Settings and ensure that you've toggled on all desired email notifications.
If you belong to an organization such as a government or law firm, you'll see an option to receive Organization Notifications. If you want to receive updates about notices placed by other members of your organization, make sure you turn this on.
2) Make sure that your email recognizes help@column.us as a safe sender.
If you work at an organization, please ask your IT staff to add help@column.us to a safe senders list. This is particularly relevant for government and law firm users who are members of organizations on Column.
For personal inboxes, check your email inbox and ensure help@column.us is not marked as spam and/or add it to your contacts.
