Why am I getting invoice reminders for a notice I did not submit?

If you are receiving invoice reminder emails for a notice that you did not place, it could be that either:
You are a member of an organization in Column, and another member of your org has submitted a notice. You can toggle off notifications using the steps here.
OR:
Someone submitted a notice on your behalf. This often happens with courts on the behalf of law firms.
If you believe you have been billed in error for an invoice that does not fall under the two examples above, please reach out to help@column.us and provide the invoice number so we can assist.
