What newspaper should I choose to place my notice?

Selecting a newspaper publisher is the first step of notice placement. You will be prompted to choose a newspaper by typing in the newspaper name or using our Filter Location tool to narrow your search. To use this feature, click "Filter Location" and select your state and county in the appropriate drop-down menus. Click the "Reset" button to start a new location search.

We are partnered with hundreds of newspaper publishers across the country, so we encourage you to double-check the newspaper's county and state while you submit your notice! Some newspapers will have similar names.

If you have any legal paperwork that requires you to publish a legal notice, check if the documentation requires publication in a specific county or publication before submitting your notice.

If a newspaper is not listed in the drop-down menu, we recommend filtering by state to double-check if it's listed. If not, it is likely that we are not partnered with that newspaper. We recommend viewing their website for instructions on how to place a legal notice.
