Customers Page Redesign

For the first time, your Customers page includes not just individuals, but organizations. Check out the changes in your Column account by going into My Organization, then clicking the Customers tab. We hope this redesign makes it easier for you to access information about the law firms, governments, and other organizations that place notices with you, and update your customer preferences more efficiently.

What’s different? Now you can:

  • Easily see which advertisers belong to what organizations, which advertisers belong to the same organization, and which advertisers are individuals

  • View the complete list of organizations that have placed notices with the paper and keep track of their contact information

  • Require upfront payment for a whole organization

  • Set internal IDs (i.e. account numbers) on customer organizations to make sure notices from those organizations sync to the right accounts

  • Set up bulk invoicing for your individual customers and your customer organizations (without having to reach out to customer support!)

New Monthly Invoice Email from Column

Do you receive payment for notices outside of the Column app? If you’re a publisher that has monthly Stripe invoices set up, you’ll now receive an email from us with your monthly invoice attached so you can review it and fulfill it more easily.
