I can't find the type of notice I want to file. Now what?

Many of our publishers offer a selection of notice types in the form of a drop-down menu in the notice placement process. If you cannot find the specific type of notice you wish to file, you should select the default notice type that the publisher offers. This will likely be titled: "Other," "General Legal," or "Other Public and Legal Notices." These notice types will receive the default rates set by the newspaper.

If the publisher who confirms your notice sees that your notice should be listed as a different notice type, you can expect them to edit it on your behalf, or they will reach out to you directly.
