I need a W-9 from Column. Where can I find it?

You can download Column's W-9 form in My Account settings. You may navigate to My Account settings by first clicking on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of any screen in Column and clicking on "My Account" from the dropdown that will open. Click on the Documents tab in the lefthand side of your screen, then click the download button under "Actions" to download the W-9. Note that the form may open in a new tab in your browser.
