I need a W-9 from Column. Where can I find it?

You can download Column's W-9 form from the ‘My Account’ page. Click the gear icon in the top right-hand corner of any screen in Column and select ‘My Account’ from the dropdown menu.

Click on the Documents tab on the lefthand side of your screen. Then, click the download button under "Actions" to download the W-9. Note that the form may open in a new tab in your browser.
