Can I place a notice in multiple newspapers?
When placing a notice, you can only select one publisher per notice. However, using our duplicate notice feature, you can quickly place the same notice in multiple newspapers.
If you typically log in to Column by visiting the newspaper's website, please log out and log back in directly to Column via http://www.column.us/login. Our newspaper partners link to Column via their website using a unique placement link and notices submitted via this link will only go to that specific newspaper. To place your notice in multiple newspapers, please log into our site directly so you can select a different newspaper from the drop down publication list.
Here's how it works:
Place your notice with the first publisher
After submitting your notice, click on the duplicate button in your notices table
Select a different publisher in the first step of the placement process
Submit your duplicate
Repeat until you've placed your notice in all necessary publishers
