If you need to upload the same notice again, Column enables you to duplicate notices in your notices table. You can copy any notice in your Active Notices or Archived Notices tabs. This comes in handy if you need to...

  • reschedule a notice that was canceled

  • schedule a true notice to run again

  • upload multiple similar notices

To duplicate a notice, click the button under "Actions" in your notices table and choose duplicate. You'll be immediately redirected to a fresh copy of the notice. Before submitting the duplicated notice, you can make any necessary changes.

Specifically, before submitting your duplicated notice, you can select a different publication, and edit the customer information, the notice type (if applicable), publication dates, notice content, notice name, and invoice and affidavit preferences.
