How can I access more detailed financial reporting?

Column currently offers payout reports detailing the notices and amounts included in each payment to your newspaper. 

You may also view the Reports page in Column to see a high-level breakdown of your notices, invoices, overall volume. Each page and filter available on these reports is exportable for you to download in CSV format:

1. Financial breakdown: Birds-eye view of notice volume you have processed in a given timeframe. Includes revenue and notice volume for you to compare month to month.

2. Notices breakdown: Drill down into how many notices were placed in the last month or a custom timeframe. Review trends in your gross volume and filter on specific data points such as organization, affidavit status, and invoice payment status.

3. Customer breakdown: Drill down into customer trends. Identify which customer organizations generate the highest notice volume for your business, and which individuals place the most notices.

4. Aging invoices: Drill down into customers with the highest unpaid invoices.
