How do I reschedule a notice that was canceled?
You can reschedule a notice for publication by duplicating it if it was canceled. Here's how:
Find the notice in your Archived notices table.
Click the duplicate button under "Actions," or open the Notice Detail page and click "Duplicate."
Update the publication dates to schedule the notice and make any other necessary changes. If the previous notice was canceled in error and has already been published, you can backdate it.
Make sure to create an invoice for the new copy of the notice — the invoice from the original notice won't carry over to the duplicated version. If the previous invoice was paid for and not refunded, or you don't want to charge the customer for the rescheduled notice, you can manually edit the notice to be $0.
If the affidavit was provided for the canceled notice, you can upload the affidavit for the new notice. If your newspaper is in the Automated Affidavit program and the publication dates have passed, check the Affidavit table to verify the notice so our team can complete the affidavit at the next signing session.
