Where can I find a list of my invoices and notices?
Column is a self-service platform, and as such, we encourage users to use the site to not only place notices but also retrieve affidavits and view and pay invoices for their accounts.
Invoices
If you want a list of unpaid invoices, log into your Column account and click the "Invoices" tab.
From here, you can filter them out by status (paid, unpaid, or past due) and by date.
If you want a summary of all charges rather than individual invoices, click Download Summary to list all open invoices to date. For more details on Monthly Summaries, view our Help Center article: Monthly Statements.
Notices
Are you looking for a breakdown of all your notices, invoices, and payments for your organization in Column? You can use the "Export" button in your notices table to create and download reports about your data in Column.
How does it work?
Click "Export" in the top-right corner of your notices table, which you can find at column.us/notices.
Select whether you want your report as a PDF or CSV (spreadsheet). You can also send a PDF via email.
Choose a date range. You can download a report about all your notices — since you joined Column — or select a narrower time frame, including last month, this month, or a custom range of your choice. Note that notices are organized based on the invoice creation date. That means a notice will only be included in your report if the newspaper creates the invoice for that notice within the specified time range. Notices without invoices will not be included.
If you download your report as a CSV file, it will be saved to your computer. If you download it as a PDF, the report may open in a new tab, and you can save it from there.
Are you having trouble accessing your report? Ensure you don't have any pop-up blockers on your browser preventing the download.
What's included in the report?
When you export a report from Column, the report will include the following data about your public notices:
Notice ID (this is the internal reference ID in Column, which you can find in the page URL when viewing a notice)
Newspaper Name
Notice Name (this is the name you or the newspaper assigned to the notice for easy reference)
Publication Date(s)
Total Cost
Invoice Number
Invoice Paid Date (this will be null or empty if you have not paid the invoice)
I don't have access to Column. Can you send me these reports via e-mail?
Please note the Column Support team is happy to help you navigate to this feature on your account, but due to the volume of requests, we will not be able to send a list of invoices from your account, and you will need to log in to obtain this information.
If you don't have access to your organization's Column account, you can create one and request to join. How do I join my organization's account in Column?
Alternatively, some organizations will share login information for a joint e-mail account so multiple users can access Column.
