Can my customers get a monthly statement?
Yes!
We previously used to issue a bulk invoice encompassing all notices submitted the month prior. Based on feedback from publishers and customers, we now issue a monthly statement on the 1st of each month that includes all open invoices to date. Customers can download a summary of their open invoices anytime from their Column account under their Invoices tab.

Currently, monthly statements are only available to customers from their Column accounts and are not accessible to publishers. It is on our product roadmap to enable publishers to download customer account summaries from their accounts as needed. In the meantime, please share the above-linked article with your customers looking for an account summary.
To view all open invoices from a specific customer for your paper, search the customer name on your newspaper's Invoices page and filter by unpaid. We recommend searching using quotation marks around the customer's name, i.e., "Washington County Department of Resources," to limit the search results to a specific customer. From there, you can filter by payment status and download all invoices or specific ones.
