My payment failed. Now what?
If your payment fails, you will receive an email notification "Payment Failed", and the Billing Status of your notice will say Payment Failed. You can try paying your invoice with another payment method, or check out the details below for more information.
Paying via card
If your card payment fails, an error message will prevent you from completing the payment and explain why your card was rejected. Please ensure your zip code, card number, and CVV are all correct before re-trying payment. You should verify your information, try a different card, or pay via ACH instead. The majority of card declines originate with the issuing bank, so please try contacting them before reaching out to help@column.us for more information.
Paying via ACH
Our payment processing system was unable to withdraw funds from your bank account. Check your bank account to make sure you have adequate funds, or try linking a new account (here's how). The payment may have failed because your bank rejected it, so you may need to contact them to verify the purchase.
