Why can't I find my bank provider when linking my bank account?
Not all banking institutions are partnered with our payment processor in order to facilitate ACH payments. Smaller and local banks may not be listed or appear when searched.
If you are unable to select your bank from the presented list and do not see it come up upon entering the bank's name in the search bar, please see below for further information on your alternative payment options. If you have any outstanding questions or concerns, please contact our Support Team at help@column.us for additional assistance.
Note: When utilizing the search bar to find and select your bank, please be sure you are selecting the correct institution, and not just one with a similar name. You can reference the URL shown below the bank's name to verify that you are selecting is the correct one.
Paying by ACH via your bank
If you're unable to link your bank account, you can alternatively issue payment via ACH/EFT transfer.
To get this set up, please get in touch with our Support Team via email at help@column.us. Provide a copy of a recent invoice that you or your organization has received as well as any forms that you require Column to complete in order to get set up as a vendor. We will then provide a Virtual Bank Account Number letter from our payment processor, Stripe, to verify our account information.
Please note that you can access/download our W-9 directly from your Column account, as needed. I need a W-9 from Column. Where can I find it?
For further instructions, including how to remit payment details (required), please review our article, ACH Payment Instructions.
Paying via credit/debit card
Paying by card is the simplest and most efficient payment method. All of our newspaper partners accept VISA and MasterCard. Some do not accept AMEX - if you are unsure if a newspaper will accept your card payment, please contact help@column.us.
You can pay by card directly from the payment link in your invoice or via your Column account. For further instructions on remitting payment via credit/debt card, feel free to check out our other articles, How do I pay for my notice? and How do I save my credit card information?
