Why can't I find my bank provider when linking my bank account?
If you're trying to link your bank account to Column, you may not see your bank listed as an option. Please go ahead and return to the first page of the verification process and select Verify by routing & account number, or start over and click +Add Bank Account.
1. Click the link under Agree and continue:
2. Enter your account and routing numbers, click Continue to Agree to the ACH authorization terms, then click Confirm.
3. Within 3-5 business days, you should receive two micro-deposits (less than $1.00 each) in your bank account. You will receive an email informing you when you can expect your micro-deposits to be ready.
Return to Bank Accounts in your Column settings when you receive your micro-deposits.
Click Action Required, then input the amount you received for each micro-deposit.
Click Verify to complete the process.
Going forward, please be advised that ACH transfers can take up to two weeks to fully settle. Please keep your invoice due date in mind when selecting a payment
If you don't see verification by routing & account numbers as an option, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team at help@column.us to enable verification by routing & account numbers on your account. Unfortunately, we cannot enable this setting without a confirmed active notice on your account.
Please note that Stripe is our central payment processor, and it is necessary to go through them to link your bank account for invoice payment.
