How do I move a notice to a different newspaper?

If your company manages multiple newspapers on Column, you can select from among your newspapers when placing a new notice or duplicating a notice.

If you want to place an existing notice in a different newspaper, you can do so using the duplicate notice feature. Rather than editing the original notice, click the duplicate button in the notices table. A draft will open with a copy of your notice, and you can start by selecting a different newspaper in the first step of the placement flow.

Once again, the newspaper you select will determine the rate, dates, template, and other details, which means the duplicated notice may differ slightly from the original. When you submit the notice, you can find it in the notices table for the newspaper you selected.
