Can I edit a notice after it's been paid?

It is possible to cancel a notice even after the customer has paid the invoice. Depending on the situation, you can issue a full or partial refund of the notice.

Unpublished Notices

A customer may request an edit or cancellation of the notice or publication date before the notice has been published. For those situations, you can simply edit the notice and refund the invoice via the Notice Details. See: How do I refund an invoice?

Mid-Run Edit Requests

A customer may want to edit a notice after it has already run on one or more of its scheduled publication dates. For those situations, see: Can I Edit A Notice After It's Been Published?

Archived Notices

Once a notice is archived, no edits can be made to the notice. However, a partial or full refund of the invoice can still be processed. See: How do I refund an invoice?
